Review and certify deliverables
Your signature is the academic authority, and the grade.
As students submit work, it lands in your Reviews queue. This is where you hold the faculty verification signature.
How to review
- 1Open Reviews from the sidebar to see deliverables awaiting you.
- 2Open a deliverable to review the student's work.
- 3Certify it if it meets the bar. That applies your faculty verification signature, and if the course is connected to an LMS, posts the grade to your gradebook at the same time.
- 4Or Request changes with a note, and it goes back to the student to revise and re-submit.
Why certifying is one at a time
You certify deliverables individually, on purpose. There is no bulk-certify. Rubber-stamping a queue would gut the meaning of verified work, and your signature is exactly what makes a student's record trustworthy. One action does three things at once: certify, grade, and create evidence.
Tip
Certifying is the faculty half of verification. The sponsor adds the outcome signature separately. A deliverable is fully verified only when both are in.
