Sign off on the outcome
Your signature is the second half of verification.
As students deliver their work, you can verify the outcome. This is the sponsor signature. The professor's verification is what puts the work on a student's record; yours adds a second, independent confirmation that makes it fully verified.
What you are verifying
You are confirming one thing: that the work was real and useful to your organization. You are not grading it. Academic judgment stays with the faculty member; your signature speaks to the outcome, from the one person who can actually vouch for whether it mattered.
How it works
You can sign off from a secure email link, so you do not need to log in to do it. The link is valid for 14 days, and while a deliverable waits for you Practica emails a fresh one every few days. You can also sign any time from Engagements in your account.
Tip
Faculty verify the learning; you verify the outcome. Both signatures together are the strongest proof a student can carry, so your sign-off genuinely matters to them.
