Sign off on the outcome
Your signature is the second half of verification.
At the end of a project, you verify the outcome. This is the sponsor verification signature, and it is the second of the two signatures that make a student's work verified evidence.
What you are verifying
You are confirming one thing: that the work was real and useful to your organization. You are not grading it. Academic judgment stays with the faculty member; your signature speaks to the outcome, from the one person who can actually vouch for whether it mattered.
How it works
You sign off through a secure link, so you do not need to log in and out of an account to do it. The link is valid for 14 days. If yours has expired, just ask the student or professor to send a fresh one.
Tip
Faculty verify the learning; you verify the outcome. Both signatures together are what let the student carry this project as trusted proof, so your sign-off genuinely matters to them.
