Get your organization verified

What verification is, and what it unlocks.

Verification confirms your organization is real and legitimate. It is what lets you publish projects and roles to students, and it protects the students whose records may carry a link back to you.

What it unlocks

When your organization is verified, links back to your organization can appear on the public records of students who did verified work for you. That outbound link is a real endorsement, so Practica only shows it once your organization is verified and the link has been checked.

How it happens

The quickest way is a one-time link sent to an email at your website's domain. You can also sign up with an email on that domain, claim your organization's local listing, or submit your website for review. Separately, a school you work with can approve you as a partner, which lets you find that school's students who chose to be discoverable and shows a Verified employer badge on your roles. It happens on its own when a professor there signs off work on a project you sponsored, or the school's admin can approve you.

Tip

If you edit key details on your organization later, an outbound link may pause until it is re-checked. That is the safeguard doing its job: a link on a student's public record should always point somewhere real.
