Connect Practica to your LMS
One registration, and it works in every course.
Practica supports LTI 1.3, so it connects to Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and D2L. You register it once, at the account level, and it becomes available across the institution: single sign-on, deep-linked assignments, and automatic grade passback.
How to connect
- 1In Settings, choose Connect LMS.
- 2Register Practica as an external tool in your LMS. Ask your LMS administrator to add Practica if that is a different person.
- 3Enter the connection details Practica needs, including the issuer, Client ID, and Deployment ID from your LMS.
- 4Complete the connection. Once it reads Connected, students can launch projects from your LMS and grades flow back to the gradebook.
Tip
One registration covers every course at your institution. Faculty do not each set this up; they just use it once you have connected it.
Disconnecting
You can Disconnect LMS at any time from the same settings. It is fully reversible.
