Decide which organizations may sponsor student work.
New organizations that want to sponsor projects go through your approval. This is how the institution vouches for the partners behind student work.
How to approve

- 2Review the partner approval queue: organizations awaiting a decision.
- 3Approve the ones that are a genuine fit for your students. You can also add a sponsor directly.
Approved organizations appear as active sponsors. Because you approved them, the businesses behind your students' verified work are ones your institution stands behind, which is what makes the outbound endorsement on a student's public record meaningful.
Tip
Approval is a real editorial decision, not a formality. The trust in a student's record partly rests on it, so approve the partners you would be comfortable seeing named next to your students' names.
