Grow coverage across your institution
Turn the coverage view into more experiential learning.
The coverage view tells you where experiential learning is thin. Growing it is mostly about getting the right faculty set up and pointed at real projects.
The moves that grow coverage
- Invite faculty and set up departments, so the people who teach experiential courses are in Practica.
- Bring in employer partners, so faculty have real projects to claim rather than inventing every one.
- Watch the thin departments. A department with no projects is the clearest place to start a conversation.
Use People to invite and manage faculty, and Partners to bring in and approve the organizations that sponsor work. Together they are the two supply lines: faculty who run projects, and businesses that seed them.
Tip
Growth compounds. One professor running one strong, verified project becomes the example that convinces the next department. Start where there is energy, prove it, and let it spread.
